ok.. .def = prc-tools 2.0+
provide your .def file and how you specify the segment allocations.
chances are, your adding a new segment, but not putting function
in it :>

compiler aint smart enough to solve it for you.. manual placement
of functions into code segments is required.. all non-specified
end up in code0001.bin :>
