well.. PQA is not exactly the same as a palm program :>
rates vary based on the duration and desperation of the client :>
the longer the job, the lower the rate (good income).. the more
desperate the client, the higher the rate.
anything between $50 (long term) and $150 (very short term) would
be reasonable i think :> but, thats my opinion..
