The linker in the Palm OS 4.0 SDK is only for CodeWarrior for Palm
version 6 -- you need to keep the existing linker if you're running CW
for Palm OS 7. Only the postlinker from the 4.0 SDK should be used with
CW Palm 7.
Yes -- CodeWarrior will load every DLL in the plugins tree. If it finds
multiple linkers for the same OK and target, then its indeterminate
which one it will use.
