What you're doing sounds about right. I'd have to actually look at what a
normal app does when launching to verify, but I think that's pretty much it.
Of course, you could grab the form out of a resource as most apps do, rather
than creating one dynamically.
In general, since the contents of a form can be entirely handled by your
application without using any form objects, I don't see a big problem with
using the normal Palm model for your form, including the handling of the
load event, the open event, and the update event.
