setting mounts in cygwin

Hi,

I'm just getting started with developing for the Palm.  I seem to be
having trouble setting the mounts in Cygwin.  I've followed the procedures
outlined at ardiri.com, but continue to get the following error message:
"mount failed: Device or resource busy." 

Has anyone had any similar problems or can anyone offer suggestions?
