Use Berkeley Sockets API Functions in sub-launch routine

Hi All,

I use SysApplaunch() to launch a application .
In the launched application,I used Berkeley sockets API functions for communication .

However ,we need set global var AppNetTimeout for use Berkeley API .I wonder if there 
any way to set the global var in the sub-routine without trig the "set global var" 
error.
