For what it's worth, I tried to HotSync a Sony Clie over USB with the Palm
Desktop 4.0.1 that came with my m505 and had no luck whatsoever.
The first time I tried to do a HotSync it triggered my Win2K plug'n'play
installer, but after that I got no response from the PC when I pushed the
HotSync button. Initially I had the Clie in a USB hub, but didn't have any
better luck when I plugged it directly into my PC. When that didn't work I
just gave up, so I can't give you any better information than that.
