Hi Srinivas,
I'm sure this is not possible because without launching the second
application, the form having the button cannot be displayed, and hence
the form does not have an event handler. Essentially, this scenario is
akin to the other application not existing.
On the other hand, you could launch the second application from
the first using SysAppLaunch.
