I still don't know how to solve this but, after some investigation it seems
that, somehow, a chunk in the free list is not free (why?).

I've done a test erasing all the MemPtrFree I've in this section of code
(between NetLibOpen and NetLibClose). Now I'm leaking memory but I don't see
the previous error.

Somebody has any idea of what is happening here?
Can't I use MemPtrNew and MemPtrFree during tcp/ip communication?
