I tried everything on that FAQ to no avail - the only way I solved it was to
upgrade to 3.5 of the SDK, and that was an adventure in itself. But now, I
guess 4.0 is available, and I read something a few days ago that it's a very
automated update, so maybe that's your best bet. Good luck.
