I don't need to delete the form myself, so I use WinEraseRectangle - it
doesn't seem to have any side effects.

However, since the FrmEraseForm(pForm) is commented
out, the flicker is gone but POSE 3.1 gives me this
"warning":
TestProg (0.01) called SysFatalAlert with the message:
"Form.c, Line:215, Call FrmEraseForm first".
