Euro glyph - ChrNumericSpace()

when running my application on 3.5 ROM image, sometimes I get the Euro
character  with no reason. after some search I realized there is a new macro
called ChrNumericSpace() to take care of this problem, but where should I
put it? 

should I include it in a general library or call it everytime I am dealing
with a number?
