Integration Of Palm's ToDo Application with my Custom App

hi all
We are developing a custom palm app. A section of this custom app needs
to be exactly same as Palm's in-built ToDo application. What is the most
efficient way to implement this section without reinventing the wheel?
There must be ways I could reuse the Palm's inbuilt applications.
