The best place is the "connected" area on the pavillion - there is a clickthrough, but you want to sign up for the program that requires a signed contract. It used to be the Hardware Development kit. Beyond that, you probably need to look for the MMC or SD specs or industry association sites. You haven't said what you wanted to do.
