If the phone support CLASS 2 or CLASS 2.0, it should work with our
software. If you send "AT+FCLASS=?" to the modem using a terminal
program (such as our own Online) and it responds something like "0,2"
or "0,2.0" then it should work. If it respnds "0" or "0,1" that would
mean it either doesn't do fax, or only does the older CLASS 1 standard
(which we do not currently support)

While that product can still be found in some channels, it was
discontinued (by Symantec) around the summer of 2001.
