We did this at WeSync prior to Palm buying the company. It is doable, but
takes significant amounts of code at both ends of the link. Basically we
used an HTTP Post between the device and a server. We custom compressed and
encoded the data. And we used a custom server and prc with considerable
amounts of our sync logic at both ends of the link.

This was all custom work. To the best of my knowledge, there is currently
no general purpose wireless sync solution. You would have to create your
own. Good luck!

Subject: Wireless Hotsync

Hi all

Is there a way to hotsync a palm application wirelessly, using the
inbuilt antenna in Palm VII x. I have heard about Sybase having some
solution to that affect (sybase iAnywhere), if anyone has succesfully
done this please tell me. This feature is very critical to the current
application I am developing. So any kind of help is appreciated.

Thanks
Roshan
