Looking to sell outright. I have two jobs and just can't keep up with this
one. I would really like to see someone takeover and keep the software
"flowing". They buyer would get all rights and selling rights to FortSoft
software. Including website, name, software code, and any other material
pertaining to FortSoft.

probably the wrong place to post it - but, if your willing to sell,
does that mean your going to stop the development? :) or, are you
just looking for venture capital?
if the latter.. tight times :) should have done it two years ago :)
if the previous, what would the buyer get? :) its not every day you
advertize yourself for sale.. normally companies "buy you out" :P
