No that's not quite true. I apologize if what I wrote gave an incorrect
impression. The Palm OS 3.5 and 4.0 SDKs out there right now on Palm's website
use CW Palm R6-based components. CW Palm R7 use _newer_ versions of
_everything_, including a set of updated runtime sources for the Palm OS 3.5
runtime libraries, newer debugger plugin, newer linker.
