How can I to trigger the installer conduit for a file that is already in
the install directory? PltInstallFile assumes that you nned to copy the
file to the \install directory, but my file is already there.
PltInstallFile returns ERR_PILOT_COPY_FAILED.
It appears that I can call PltResetInstallMask.
However, I cannot find any documentation on the dwMask argument.
