Yes I know this, that was just an example. The point is, the index is /not/
out of range and the db pointer is /not/ invalid. For the sake of argument,
if I use DmNumRecords instead of this call, I'll get complete rubbish back.
If I were to call DmNumRecords again, it will crash. That none of this
happens with only a few hundred records.
