Look in Chars.h for vchrContrast, vchrBrightness, and other virtual key event
definitions.
As for the virtual characters used to initiate the popup clock application in Palm's
m-series products, the values used are (unfortunately) incorrect. They overlap with
two of Sony's jog-dial related virtual characters. To correct this situation, future
Palm products will utilize a new range of values, from the currently incorrect 0x1700
and 0x1701, to 0x0500 and 0x0501. A forthcoming developer support technical note
explaining this issue is in the works and will be entered into the Palm KnowledgeBase
as soon as it's ready. Generally speaking however, this change will not create
compatibility problems for developers, except for those who trap the popup clock
virtual events before passing them on to SysHandleEvent.
Note the values above refer to the character field of the key event, not the code
field.
