Then your code isn't correctly handling the scrollbar. You're going to have
to say what doesn't happen that you expect to happen or what does happen
that you don't expect, and probably show some of your code. Otherwise, "Its
not helping" is just like saying, "Hey! I wrote a program and it doesn't
work. Help me!" That is rather difficult to do.
