In Palm OS 4.0 you can now use cookies. The cookie jar resides on the device
and has a default upper limit size of 50KB. The individual size limit for a
cookie is 4K. Cookies are deleted under a couple of conditions. First, when
the cookie jar is full, cookies are deleted using the Least Recently Used
algorithm and a whole domain of cookies are deleted at once. Secondly,
cookies that have expired are automatically deleted when the cookie jar is
being searched. Finally, session-expiring cookies are immediately deleted
upon exit of the Web Clipping Application Viewer. When using InetLib, now
there are new functions to enable cookies, and change the size of the cookie
jar. This feature is not backwards compatible.
