heh.. thats cause the latest cygwin1.dll file is
needed... but, you'll need to install the latest
cygwin environment before prc-tools 2.0.92
its butchering.. so, i aint done it either :)

what ever happened to cygwinfull.exe :) now, when
you install it sucks down 200 meg from the net. :)
