I've update my IIIxe and it works fine; although this device I use for
development so its got not extra software installed except the apps I'm
currenly developing.

I just gave it a try on my IIIxe. I got many Softreset's e.g. in the version
info app, delete App (instead of Auto-off), So i switched back to 3.5.2.
