I haven't been able to solve this one:
The PalmIIIc has a color display of 160x160 pixels. But on all sides of
the display there exists a 2 pixel border. So the screen has an actual
size of 164x164 pixels (and a display area of 160x160).
When I create a completely black screen the border pixels still remain
white. Is there any way to solve this problem and set the border pixels
to another color? Is it possible to set the bordercolor via the PalmOS
3.5 API or can it be done by accessing the hardware directly? Or is the
bordercolor set to one of the 256 colors and can it be changed by
changing the pallette for that particular color?
I've consulted the UI Color list but there is no mention of a setting
for the bordercolor. Any suggestions are welcome.
