The upgrade is available from Palm -- go to their site, visit the
Products/Software section, and select Palm OS Upgrade.

If you update your device, you can redownload your ROM image and use
that. However, you should be able to download POSe-compatible ROM
images from Palm's developer site if you have signed up properly.
