I probably deserve that, and I had read the specs (but
I guess not very well), but to me it looked like
BmpCreate() created more of a window that I can draw
to than a bitmap structure that I can manipulate. I
was thrown by the "The newly created bitmap contains
no data" in the spec. I was looking how to create the
"data", but looking more into it I see that it is "created"
