Go to http://www.metrowerks.com/download/ and search for patches released
with CodeWarrior for Palm OS Platform 6 (not CodeWarrior for Windows 6).
The only installers on that page are for the Palm OS 3.5 and 4.0 SDKs, and
they don't have any problems with your French installation. The Debugger
Plugins patch is purely a zip archive with the .dlls you are looking for.
