Since the prefix file is specified in the target settings, it can have a
different name in each target. Of course, the access paths are also specific
to the target, so you can use the same prefix filename if you like, and use
access paths to differentiate. It's up to you. Either way, it's probably
best to specify the prefix file in the target settings than to manually
include it at the start of each compilation unit (.c file).
