I don't think you can rely on getting an event when a popup form is
dismissed. On debug ROMs, or on release ROMs when memory is low, you'll get
a frmUpdateEvent, but otherwise, I don't think you'll get anything. I don't
know why POSER is producing a nilEvent in this case, but I don't think you
should rely on getting this or any other event in this case.
