That would have been a great idea in 1945, but since those words
have passed into general use, you've missed the boat.
Palm Inc do try an assert a wider ownership of the root
trademark than they probably deserve (normal lawyer thing), so
go ahead and allocate $5M of your money and fight them on this
issue. Let us know how it turns out!
Of course, if you don't have $5M to spend..................
