anyone home?

I tried changing a Creator ID twice, but in over 6 weeks, no word from Palm.

Is anyone home at the Creator Id center?  This method of try, wait, and try
again sucks, and with no way of contacting Palm directly about this, I am
trying this board.

Does anyone have any suggestions to get a response from Palm?
