File Streaming API

Hi guys,

I have some questions...

What kinds of applications are using the file streaming API?

Does it have something to do with the streaming bit of palm database?

If I create a file on a desktop, and load it on a palm,
can an application read that file using file streaming API?

Is there any example code for file streaming API?
