Yes if we are using MemHandle not MemPtr ... in this case I assign MemPtrNew to allocate a fixed chunk of memory , therefore, we need not lock it .... in fact , i found that FldSetTextPtr(pfld,NULL); gives problem when run >1 time.... but FldSetTextPtr(pfld," "); works ....
