Just go to the Knowledge Base and search for "power off". If that's too
complicated for you, go to http://oasis.palm.com/dev/kb/faq/1067.cfm and use
the code posted there to post a lockChr or vchrPowerOff to turn off your
device. (You'll have to change "Word" to the appropriate data type if you
are using the 3.5 SDK or later.)
Please try to learn how to use more of the information that is available to
