System Extensions are not documented (and therefore not officially supported, and may
even be deprecated in a future version of the Palm OS).
What is it that you're trying to do? What modifications to the TCP/IP stack have you
determined are needed for your application? Perhaps there is some other way of
accomplishing your goal.
