Handling buttons in an alert form

hi all,
       I would like to know whether it's possible to handle buttons in an
alert form (i.e. I have an alert that has Yes, No and Cancel button).
        If not, can I insert the standard 4 alert
images(Information,Confirmation,Warning and Error) into a FrmDoDialog? Any
input is welcomed. Thanks.
