paul.. this is totally rude - i am sorry, but, your assumptions should
not be posted in this manner. it is not appropriate for you to call
someone a "hacking criminal" regardless if you suspect it or not.
Igor Mozolevsky, sure, sounds russian to me.. you got a problem with
russians? but, that doesn't mean his is crimial..

i think you should apologize for such allegations - at least he answered
you, give the guy that much credit.

well, with this tone... i would probably just throw the message in
the bin if i was working at HandSpring.. your program crashes...
no-one else has said anything.. so, must be your fault. thats a
  typical "support" scenario.

incompetent people do exist, but, thats life. accept it.

bugs exist, and, you work around them. the hardest part is finding
the bug.. but, you seem to have no problem complaining when something
does not go your way. your a developer, FIND a solution. heck, i'd
hate to see you code a real embedded/unsupported device - you would
  not last a day!

  its pityful.

well, paul.. i think you have enough brains to find this one out
for yourself. get the prism rom (yes, handspring have a developer
area too).. and, look for it!

only strings i found close were:

    Src/Blitter.c
    Src/BlitterWindow.c

so, looks like to me, it isn't that.. i also checked Quickbits,
and, it isn't that either.. looks like you are SOL :) i scanned the
beta prism roms and a rom i got.. hmm.. a long time ago. my roms
may be out of date.. but, you can surely find more roms.

get the total list of apps that the guy has installed, and,
open each up in a hex-editor and search for that string. you'll
find it eventually.. thats what some of us call engineering.

well, you know the bug is "null width or height"..

how about YOU put the check there before you call the routine(s).
try and replicate it on your own devices.. and, what are you going
to do when you find out who wrote it? kick his ass?

your going to have to find a way around the problem.. pointing
fingers is not going to solve your problem - and, if it is in rom..
and, on a visor prism.. you're going to have to do something.

ps: your [] parenthesis start to bother me. try using () instead.
