In the religion in which I was brought up, I was taught not to use the name of
the supreme being in vain. For someone who takes those precepts seriosly, even
to reply to this offender would be wrong.
I don't see what's wrong with suggesting that someone Read The Fine Manual.
I have followed mailing lists in which one poster, like Mr G_D keeps posting
offensive messages. I would suggest that the best practice is not to kick the
person off the list but not reply to such offensive messages.
