That routine doesn't do anything more complicated than calling
RctCopyRectangle, so you're getting the info copied straight out of the
control's structure.
I'd check to make sure the bounds are actually set the way you think they
are, and that they haven't been corrupted by anything else. (That is to
say, why do you doubt the returned value?)
