You are basically asking us to give our opinions on our favorite development
tool. That depends on the programmer, and on the type of development you
want to do. Of people who contribute to this forum, currently the most
popular development tool is CodeWarrior. GCC is probably the second most
popular toolset. (Personally, I prefer CW and believe that GCC is a pain.
However, each has its strengths and weaknesses.) As you can see at
www.palmos.com/dev , there are many other development environments.
For more opinions, check out the forum archives at egroups or escribe. This
question is asked every month or two.
