Hi,
I guess i have too many questions and i would like guidance as to where to
find this information.
1- I have been looking everywhere to understand the databases in Palm
handheld and how they can be synchronized into the network databases. The
information i found was pretty much the same everywhere and still didnt
quite understand it. I couldnt find much information for the enterprises
(network).
2-I understand that Palm databases are created when the application is
launched, (does this mean when the the application is used for the first
time?) Because after synchronization, the data will still be there but will
be just modified.
3-I am trying to create a small prototype for academic purposes about an
enterprise solution for a hospital. I want to create records of Patients,
Physicians, Medications, etc. In the forms that i created, i have many
fields and tables to be filled by Physicians which will then be synchronized
to the network. Now, can someone point me to a place where i will be able
to get information on how to go about producing a small prototype? Only for
demo purposes to show my understanding of the whole process of
synchronization. At the moment i only have forms done using Constructor & a
Creator ID.
