All three devices either ship with Palm OS 3.5 or have upgrades
available.
Palm OS 3.2 on the VII has INetLib.
Palm OS 3.5 on the VIIx has INetLib.
Palm OS 4.0 on the m500 and m505 has INetLib.
Any Palm OS 3.5 device can have INetLib with the addition of the Mobile
Internet Kit.
INetLib is not required on any OS version, so you will always need to
explicitly check to see if the library is available, not relying on the
Palm OS version number to see if there is support.
