Just skimming over the code, it looks generally OK. So I guess my
first question is: what confidence do you have that rec_num is 1230
and not 95? Perhaps my second question would be: what is the size of
the output file? It should be along the lines of 1230 * (REC_SIZE +
sizeof(FieldDescrType)) + sizeof (PDBHeader) + sizeof
(RecordListType).
