It sure would be nice if two databases with the same name could coexist, as
long as they have different creators, but today that's not possible. What
this means is that you really should include the creator code in your
database names. This issue has been discussed a lot, so check the archives.
People disagree about whether the creator code should be a prefix or a
suffix. In practice, many databases don't include anything in their name to
associate them with an application.
