The 6.1 update you're seeing does not apply to CodeWarrior for Palm OS.
The 6.1 updater in a patch installer for CodeWarrior for Windows, a
different product that targets Win32 and MacOS programs. Scroll down
the download search list to get the the Palm product updates.
