You could try the "Suppress Warning Messages" option on the 68K Linker
panel.
The duplicate resource is coming from the hidden resource the
Constructor uses to store its settings like the name of the resource
header to generate. It uses the same ID and number in every RSRC file,
so the linker complains even though that resource is explicitly ignored
by the Palm Rez Post Linker.
