There are copies of POSE for the Clie on Sony's developer's site
(alas, only for Windows at the moment, although source is available).
ROM images are available there also, though one needs to sign and mail
a contract to Sony in order to access the latter. Don't know whether
Sony's changes to POSE have been submitted back to Palm.

Yes, Sony has an SDK w/ the necessary include files and docs for using
the high resolution screen (and other Clie features). See Sony's dev
site, http://www.us.sonypdadev.com/
Unfortunately, the APIs for the Sony HiRez and HandEra HiRez appear to
be different, so if you want to support both, you'll have to code for
each individually (I'm guessing; I have no experience yet coding for
either). Hopefully there will be a common HiRez API in future PalmOS;
anybody know?
