If there were a supported way to remove those databases from flash, then I
imagine this would probably work. There's no supported way, but if you
find a way to hack, then fine... but do be careful since it isn't that hard
to toast a unit when you start messing with writing to flash.
(Of course in order for this to be at all worthwhile, you'd have to have a
way to add something to the flash memory anyway, so they're quite related
to each other. Perhaps one of the various developers who wrote flashing
apps for older devices want to take a stab at getting things to work with
4.0 devices and the m505 in particular; talk to them. But just don't call
Palm customer support if things go wrong :-)
